Having a dedicated event space right here in the neighborhood is one of the premier perks of living in our community, and it’s a fantastic way to host a large group without the stress of cramming everyone into your living room.
Our clubhouse offers a cozy, welcoming atmosphere with plenty of space for seating, a kitchen for your catering setups, and socializing. It’s been the backdrop for countless neighborhood memories in The Park and The Preserve over the last 20 years, and we love seeing residents utilize the space for their most important life events. Plus, since it’s located right here in the area, your local guests will have the easiest commute ever!
RULES FOR DECORATING
Do not use tacks or nails anywhere. Do not use tape on the walls. Paint safe tape may be used on woodwork but make sure you remove it.
If using helium balloons during parties make sure none remain after the party and none are stuck on the ceiling or in the ceiling fans.
GENERAL GUIDELINES
The Clubhouse is a NO SMOKING facility. Smoking in the Clubhouse will result in the imposition of a $ 500.00 fine.
Clubhouse hours are 9 a.m. to 2 a.m.
If you have an event on the horizon, we recommend checking the online availability calendar as soon as possible. Spring and summer dates tend to fill up fast, especially for weekend slots. Before you book, please take a few minutes to download and review the Clubhouse Rental Agreement from our resources page. Please keep in mind that while the clubhouse is perfect for indoor celebrations, the rental does not include exclusive use of the pool or tennis courts.
