It is a privilege to use the amenities on the property of the Haynes Creek Subdivision
and all residents are required to follow these rules:

• POOL HOURS ARE FROM 9:00 AM TO 9:00 PM
• MAXIMUM NUMBER OF SWIMMERS ALLOWED IN THE POOL : 300
• IN CASE OF EMERGENCY DIAL 911 FROM TELEPHONE ON WALL.
• A valid access card is required to access the pool area.
• Pool tags must be worn at all times by homeowners and their guests while in the
pool area. Pool monitors may require anyone to show card and/or tags at any time
and may ask those that do not have one to leave the premises
immediately.
• No Solo swimming is allowed.
• No running or rough play is allowed.
• No alcohol is allowed in the pool area, and No person under the influence is permitted from using the pool.

For the health and safety of everyone, pool users must:

  • Always Shower before entering the pool.
  • Refrain from spitting , blowing nose or other unsanitary activities in pool.
  • Persons suffering from diarrheal illness or nausea should not enter the
    pool.
  • Persons with open lesions or wounds should not enter the pool.
  • Infants and untrained toddlers must wear swim diapers AND rubber pants
    in the pool area.

No animals allowed in pool area.

No children under the age of 16 are allowed in the pool area without adult
supervision.

No one should come directly from the basketball or tennis courts and jump
directly in the pool. Please shower first.

Proper swimming attire is required. No cut offs or denim is allowed.

Profanity or inappropriate language and/or behavior is not tolerated and violators
will be asked to leave. Repeat offenders will be banned and their pool card
access card will be revoked.

Pool Monitors/Lifeguards WILL BE respected; disrespect, verbal abuse or failure
to adhere or acknowledge any request from the pool monitors will not be
tolerated. Violators will be asked to leave the premises; repeat offenders will
have their access privileges revoked for the remainder of the pool season.

Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated at any time. This is a family pool and
all residents are required to conduct themselves with respect and decorum at all
times. It shall remain the pool monitor’s discretion what constitutes inappropriate
behavior. Violators will be asked to leave the premises, and repeat offenders will
have their access privileges revoked for the remainder of the pool season.

Any intentional damage to any of the furnishings or facilities is subject to financial
restitution to the board as well as the immediate revocation of access privileges
for the remainder of the pool season.

No footballs or basketballs are allowed in the pool area (only beach balls).

No bikes, scooters, skates or skateboards are allowed within the gated areas of
the pool, tennis courts, or basketball courts.

No glass bottles or containers of any kind are allowed on any amenity.

All users of the pool must clean up after themselves and their guests. Do not
leave clothing, towels, shoes, flip flops, swim shoes, food or food wrappers. All
items will be discarded each night at pool closing. The board is not responsible
for any item left behind in the pool area or any of the courts.

Respect the pool hours: 9:00 am to 9:00 pm each day. Hours will be strongly
enforced. Violators will be asked to leave the premises, and repeat offenders will
have their access privileges revoked for the remainder of the pool season.
The homeowners’ association reserves the right to remove access privileges to any
and all amenities if residents do not follow the rules. Rules may be amended by the
board at any time without prior notification.
